- Must have good stakeholder management skills, work closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements and drive to closure within the TAT
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Poised and confident in dealing with individuals at all levels
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Willing to work in a challenging and dynamic work environment
- Should have an exposure in working on different social websites
- Should be responsible for preparing MIS
- Should have an exposure to ERP like Taleo, Talent Tracker, etc
