Non Voice, Email & Chat Support.  4 Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques  5 Good experience in team handling up to 40-50 members.  6 Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools  7 Ability to think strategically and to lead  8 Strong client-facing and communication skills  9 Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills  10 Preferably from banking domain.
