- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic implementation of information technologies. Drive IT need of the business by studying projects, goals, strategies and good practices.

2. Working closely with the operating teams, he will be required to plan, direct, control and evaluate the operations of IT systems and data processing activities of the firm. He will in collaboration with users take decision with respect to buy, develop and implement applications and business IT tools.

3. Meet with operating managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

4. Hire and manage application development personnel/contractors to design, develop, test applications and its speedy implementation.

5. Recommend information solutions, policies, and procedures by evaluating and identifying problems; evaluating trends and anticipating requirements.

6. Ensure accessibility of relevant hardware and software and support IT need of all employees

Desired Skills -

a) Hands on experience in mobile development & experience in REST and JSON APIS

b) Proven software development experience and Android skills development

c) Be familiar with all hardware and software requirements of the firm and specific to our business in MR and proactively identify needs

d) Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

e) Monitor and maintain connectivity to ensure maximum access, passwords, logs and help desk, Supervise and manage a team of 2-4 support staff and consultants

f) Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.

g) Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

h) Troubleshoot, application development and vendor management to provide solutions to business issues.

Qualification & Experience

- BE or MCA with over 10 to 15 yrs of experience out of which 5 yrs should be as an IT head in a services Company The incumbent must have experience in applications development, IT infrastructure, network and installation.

- Management, Supervisory and Decision making skills with experience in a services firm is desirable.

- Programming exposure working with general purpose survey analyses software and applications, for data cracking, SPSS reports, wincross, etc, network scanning and other technology solutions will be a critical factor.
