Karvy - Manager - Product & Marketing

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic senior product management professional from Fintech domain who believes in building highly usable customer focused digital solutions; have expertise in building product roadmaps and Work with business stakeholders and build features to simplify/structure the products using technology. Understand vision and mission of the organization and identify how implementing new ideas can help organizational growth.

Roles and responsibilities: 

- As a Product and Marketing manager, the candidate has to assume absolute ownership of existing digital assets that includes mobile app (Android and iOS) and online Investment portal.

- Responsibilities include everything that comes under the purview of Product and Marketing Management such as designing, planning, coordinating across various teams, digital marketing, SEO, distribution, monetization, analytics, CRM, vendor management, partnerships, etc.

- Working closely with technology teams and program the development work of features/modules.

- In order to enhance business, pitching new products or services to potential clients, fostered business collaborations and explored revenue streams. The candidate also has to contribute in optimizing algorithms, writing content, creating assets, working with the developers to create best investment experience, recruiting interns as well as freelancers and so on.

- Responsible for managing complete lifecycle of products from ideation to execution, working closely with cross functional teams like UI/UX Design, operations & QA team to analyse product requirements, take corrective action to facilitate development of market driven and user centered web and mobile applications.
