Position Summary :

Training Head is responsible for creating, delivering and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of employees- careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, enhances efficiency and helps employees create long-term career plans and build learning culture in the organization

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop a multi-pronged learning and development strategy that delivers a culture of learning and best practice sharing within the organization

- Design and deliver domain and process training courses using various methods including but not limited to classroom or small group facilitation, individual coaching and self-guided learning.

- Ensure implementation of On Job Training & Mentoring for aligned business.

- Perform hands-on and/or on-floor time as applicable; conduct and/or participate in regular meetings with the quality teams and project stake holders to understand and execute appropriate need based training interventions.

- Analyze training effectiveness from trainee feedback, quality reports, feedback etc as applicable. Recommend training programs, job aids and other performance improvement interventions based on assessment results.

- Work collaboratively with operations team, Process Champions, Master trainers and T&D team to offer performance improvement solutions for employees.

- Support training compliance for the project by providing on-demand compliance reports and training file reviews.

- Document and maintain required training metrics like attendance, scores, etc.

- Training content and SOP to be updated regularly.

- Team management

Minimum 8 to 12 years experience in process training.
