Karvy - Analyst - Investment Banking - IPO/FPO/Private Placement (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end activities of an IPO/FPO/private placement in India/U.S.
Conduct client due-diligence, preparing term sheets, financial models, and documentation (both pre-filing and post-filing process).
Coordinate with various intermediaries related to the filing process.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking with orientation towards IPO process
Due diligence, term sheets, and capital planning/structure
Preparation/filing of pre-IPO offer documents and post-IPO support (annual/quarterly filings)
Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance (U.S. SEC)
Knowledge of US GAAP reconciliation is an advantage
Project feasibility and Valuation (DCF, LBO, M&A)
Preparing Pitch books, information memorandums and support marketing activities
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to effectively articulate ideas
Eligibility:
MBA/CA/CFA with a consistent academic record
Demonstrable writing skills and references
