Brief Job Description:  1. Ensure that day to day operations are managed as under  a. TAT & Quality as per SLA  b. Number of Errors to be negligible  c. Timely & accurate Reporting / Management Information analysis - For Clients, Management  2. Ensure Relationship Management with Client, Internal Stakeholders. Responsible for following :  a. Number of Escalations  b. Client feedback  c. Prompt qualitative response to query from Client  d. Manage Dash board of activities in time & take corrective action based on it  3. Team Management - Ensure Learning Initiatives, Adherence to discipline, punctuality and compliance by the team & Attrition ManagementHead over all P&L for the business & ensure targeted revenue growth & EBITDA.  4. Maintenance of target revenue from the clients as budgeted for the year.  5. Optimizing Staff cost & Operational costs  6. Ensure bills to client are raised in time & Bills to be realized within 90 days of raising it7.   Key deliverables:  1. Customer & Client satisfaction - Feedback & number of escalations   2. SLA management  3. Team management  4. Cost optimisation for team  Educational Qualification:  1. MBA - preferably in finance  Work Experience required:   1. 14+ years of experience across Non Voice BPO Operations. Minimum 4 years of Third party client handling experience .  2. Should have handled at least an overall team of 200 FTE- s  Competencies/ Skills Required :  1. Operations & relationship management  2. Transaction processing, Process Management, Program Management  3. Cost Management  4. Managing the vertical including P&L management   5. Team Management
