This hands-on, entrepreneurial role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of search engine optimization (SEO) and online reputation management (ORM) programs. The ideal candidate has performance-based online marketing experience and a solid understanding of direct-response advertising.   Key Responsibilities:  - Create, implement and analyze strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings  - Define technical requirements for site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase rank of natural  - Search results listings. Further assist in defining product requirements to develop internal systems to automate SEO and ORM tasks.  - Drive inbound link growth and engage with site partners to optimize user experience for referral traffic  - Develop regular reporting on metrics and provide ongoing recommendations based on data  - Work with marketing and editorial teams to drive SEO and ORM content creation.  - Conduct ongoing SEO assessments to ensure best practices are being properly implemented across the site.  - Anticipate and respond to search engine algorithm changes  - Collaborate with different teams and drive all aspects of SEO and ORM; clearly communicate goals and areas of opportunity to management  JOB REQUIREMENTS  - 3-5 years of experience working in the online marketing field  - Understanding of the search engine industry and SEO best practice along with the convergence between SEO, ORM, content, social and other inbound marketing channels  - Demonstrated experience with analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics  - Experience working cross-functionally within an organization; ability to communicate overarching site goals and evangelize SEO and ORM  - Critical-thinking skills and the ability to identify interesting trends in the data and come up with key takeaways and recommendations.  - Experience in a roll-up-your-sleeves environment is a plus  - Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving for results under pressure and ambiguity.
