1) Should know and have extensively worked on FB marketing  2) Has a thorough understanding of how FB ad platform works.  3) Is from e-commerce industry  4) Has handled budgets of minimum 20-30 lakhs on a month-to-month basis.  We are only looking for candidates from e-commerce industries though they can be from industries other than retail.  Following things is a plus :  1) Has worked on app marketing  2) Has worked on Google / Affiliate marketing
