- Responsible for talent acquisition across all verticals and varied functions in the organization ensuring quality hiring in line with the needs of the business  - Support the delivery of the Performance Management process and associated activities within the established system to ensure consistency  - Work on Talent Engagement and Talent Management processes.  - Working with relevant stakeholders, support Strategic Workforce Planning within the BU. Ensure qualitative data is inputted into the process and that identified gaps are addressed  - Manage day-to-day interactions with employees and relations with relevant groups. Facilitate management of any employee issues and escalate where required  - The management, development and welfare of staff within the HR Department with a focus on morale, recruitment, selection, talent and performance management.  - Payroll and Compliance management.  Role reports in to the founder of the company.  Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
