The Group is poised for exponential growth and diversification in various electronic products.   Job Description :  - Demonstrate knowledge of Karbonn's mission, vision, values, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the ethics code.  - Plan and implement an effective People Strategy that is aligned to Business Plans and growth strategy of Karbonn  - Partner with Business, SBUs and Functional Heads to understand the hiring needs and attract best talent and manage the complete recruitment life-cycle  - Draw an induction and on-boarding process of the new employees at all levels and facilitate them in their desire to realize their true potential and deliver the best  - Interact with the employees at all level on an ongoing basis and drive all organization wide initiatives to increase employee engagement and employer branding  - Implement the ongoing technology initiatives, HRIMS and very robust systems and processes   - Design standard operating procedures and processes incorporating the best industry practices.  - Drive Goal settings, KRAs and Implement the performance management system across all levels in the organization   - Identify the training needs, planning and conducting in-house and external training programs  - Institute mentoring, coaching and leadership development frame work in the organisation  Skills Required :  - A management graduate in Human resource from a reputed institute with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience  - Proven leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal, presentation and organization skills   - Excellent oral and written communication   - Ability to leverage technology to drive efficiencies and accelerate learning  - An up-to-date knowledge of contemporary issues the field of HR  - Ability to manage a large diverse sales workforce  - Agility and ability to work in a complex, fast changing and challenging environment  - Proactive, mature, innovative and adaptable individual
