Key Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable in the Oracle Cloud HCM product
Understand client business requirements
Support the whole Performance & Talent Management process, configuration, preparation and execution.
Assist with requests for support of Mass Data Updates, HCM Data Loader (HCL), spreadsheet loader & File Based Loader (FBL)
Support change requests
Troubleshoot issues
Knowledge Base:
Oracle's Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud:
Fusion Core HR functionality and configuration
Data Loaders: HDL, spreadsheet loader
Oracle Cloud(Fusion) Performance & Talent Management and configuration/solution
Workflow approvals
Qualifications
Knowledge of Oracle's Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud.
Understanding of Core HR functionality and configuration.
Knowledge of Oracle's (Fusion) Performance & Talent Management solution.
Experience should be across multiple modules such as; Performance & Talent Management
Experience in HCM Extracts, BIP and fast formulas.
Experience in mass data uploads using HDL, spreadsheet and FBL
Experience in generating reporting using BI Publisher
Extensive experience in gathering business requirements; performing functional fit/gap analysis; presenting best practices; creating current & future process flow diagrams; performing risk analysis; recommending solutions, alternatives & workarounds; creating functional specs for tech team;
Excellent communication. Needs to be an effective liaison between the client executive team, business analysts, and technical team. Works well with clients and other consultants.
Assist in assessment of upgrades and testing during system upgrades and patches.
