Channel Sales: - Manage channel partner relationship and generate business through channel partners - Business Sourcing - Maintain relationships with channel partners such as Brokers and Bankers. - Channel Partner Empanelment - Training & Servicing of Channel Partner - Competition Analysis - Channel Partner Relationship, Channel Partner pay outs and Communication - Process Adherence Sourcing & Closing: - Mange sales promotions for the project. - Review post possession complaints and ensure resolution. - Assist in society formation and hold meetings. - Interact with various institutions and keep a track on market movements. - Find out new trends, schemes and offerings in the market. - Conduct market surveys. - Collate and submit survey reports to the manager. - Handle enquiries and resolve queries of the customer on various aspects of the project, give complete project information regarding the payment schedules, post booking formalities, etc. - Handle negotiations and closing deals. - Participate in exhibitions and events. SAP: - Punch inquiries in SFDC. - Punch regular follow-up details in SFDC. - Create customers and enquiries. - Update on daily sales & inquiries and create sales orders.
