Job Profile: Leader - Marketplace Business

Compensation to have fixed and variable component linked to sales targets

KAARYAH is eagerly looking for manager to maximize its revenues on Marketplaces (Myntra, Jabong, Snapdeal etc). We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who is willing to build on the success of KAARYAH. Someone, who will take KAARYAH's sales through 3P websites to its next level of volume. Revenue & profitability responsibility lies with this person.

Reporting to the CEO, this person will be responsible for:

- Working with the CEO to draft KAARYAH's marketplace marketing strategy

- Managing and developing marcom spends on these websites

- Ensuring smooth operations & vendor rating

Strategic importance of this role

- This role will be pivotal in scaling up visibility of KAARYAH

- This person will build online distribution for KAARYAH

Qualifications

- Ambitious and hungry to develop new business; not afraid to be an individual contributor

- Excellent number skills

- Expertise in implementing online marketing tactics, managing operations of dispatch

- Preferable: network with online players for women's apparel
