This position reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing the North India market operations for the brand.  Key Responsibilities :   - Lead generation and funnel management  - Make daily sales calls as per plan   - Work with senior management on modern trade accounts and strategic deals  - Adhere to defined sales processes/Biz operations and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational Growth plans by driving the team.  - Driving Teams Performance and support and guide ASMs/Sales executives to achieve targets  - Identifying new distributors and channels  - Manage existing distributor/channel relationships and help/support them in achieving targets  - Strategise in-store promotions, exhibitions, book fairs, events, conferences and organizing sales events in Schools and corporates  - Manage stock situation optimally to ensure product availability throughout the year  - Manage product launches.
