Location : Mumbai  - Just Dial (India's leading Search Plus engine) is looking to hire a dynamic professional to solely spearhead paid marketing efforts. The person shall be responsible for formulating and executing digital marketing strategy.   - The person shall be responsible for driving high quality paid (inorganic) traffic to Justdial - at best possible cost. The person will conceptualize, create and execute strategy for new user acquisition and also returning user engagement on Google, Facebook and other mediums of online advertising (including email promotions).   - The individual should have in-depth knowledge of Google Adwords and be a hands-on individual who can solely run search, display, re-marketing, YouTube, Facebook and other campaigns and produce desired results.   Responsibilities :   - Drive inorganic traffic to Justdial's website, mobile site and mobile apps through search engine marketing across search engines such as Google, Yahoo and others   - Design and optimize marketing campaigns (including email campaigns) to maximize Return on Investment   - Should be aware of latest paid marketing tools and bid management strategies   - Conceptualize creative content for text and display ads to maximize CTRs of campaigns   - Publish comprehensive regular reports on digital marketing to enable data driven decision making   - Launch innovative advertising campaigns across Social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter to maximize customer acquisition   - Keep pace with SEM, SEO, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.   - Communicate to senior management about ongoing initiatives on a regular basis.   Qualifications :   - The person should be HIGHLY numbers-oriented, entire decision making should be data driven. Excel should be your forte.   - Possess Bachelor's or Master's degree and have 2-6 years of hands on experience in managing high budget paid campaigns   - Person should be Google Adwords certified and possess strong understanding of the online marketing   - Preference shall be given to individuals who have managed large paid search budgets in the past in the internet/e-commerce space   - Good communication skills and ability to identify key metrics and parameters to judge the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns   - Ability to work with minimum supervision, take initiatives, adhere to tight timelines and be self-motivated.   - Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, flair for numbers (first point repeated!), and strong data crunching ability. Candidate should be able to keep the bigger picture in mind while effectively managing detail.
