We have over 1200 brands and 30,000 retailers on-board the app. The application replicates the real world distribution functions' and enables communications, credit and order fulfilment on the app itself.
We are looking to get on-board experienced Category Sales Heads to be based out of Mumbai (Thane)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent is in charge of Pan India Sales Operations across their respective category.
Should be able to efficiently regulate and monitor field force for target achievements.
Increase market shares and open up new avenues for higher growth.
Drive sales team to implement expansion plans and deliver operational excellence
Ensure Implementation of BTL activities, drive sell-outs in all for stores in their respective category.
Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.
To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
To plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
