Preferable: CA/ICFA/MBA (Finance)  Experience:   1. Senior Consultant: 5-8 years in Project/ Program design and management, Policy Analysis, Market Assessments for Renewable Energy. Experience in working with Donors, Policy Research Organizations, or other Consulting firms in similar space  2. Junior Consultant: 1-3 years in Project/ Program design and management, Policy Analysis, Market Assessments for Renewable Energy. Experience in working with Donors, Policy Research Organizations, or other Consulting firms in similar space  Preferable: Experience in renewable energy project implementation, corporate strategy etc.  Skills: Core: Financial Analysis and Modeling, research, communication and report writing, project/program management. Ideal candidate will have experience of networking and client relationships management.  Required skills: Should be energetic and ability to work on his/her own with limited supervision.
