Jugnoo Fatafat is currently operational in Chandigarh and we are looking toward its expansion in several other cities. We are actively seeking dynamic and energetic leaders with a go-getter attitude to manage our teams and operations providing growth to our business.   Responsibilities :   - Strong Analytics and should identify trends looking at Qualitative and Quantitative Data Implement strategies building road map and strategies for the growth.  - Take important decisions which will directly effect growth and operations.  - Monitoring work, defining KRAs and managing team's performance.  - Managing a Cross functional team.  - Challenge and improve analytical capability through development of tools or processes that offer opportunities.   - Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of objectives and insight, to subsequently design best-in-class solutions.  Prerequisites :  - 2 - 8 years of work experience working in FMCG or F&B industry.  - Prior experience in the on demand space is a bonus. Prior work ex in Delivery startups would be preferred.  - Strong Analytics - should identify trends looking at Qualitative and Quantitative Data.  - Team handling - Should have experience handling a team.  - Strategy - Should have strategic mindset.  - Should have handled operations and B2B clientele.   - Ability to simplify complex concepts.  - Sophistication in communication with ability to comprehend the priorities of customers.
