Manager - Digital Sales (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Pre Sales & Sales Development:
- Prepare sales & marketing collaterals and enable the sales & client management team to showcase the capabilities and solutions
- Liaison with Project / Delivery Managers and Development to understand details of proposal solution and communicate information back to sales organization
- Develop the digital plan and make the presentation to the prospective client
- Generate leads and initiate preliminary discussions & scope out the brief.
- Negotiations
- Close the sale
- Invoicing and Collections.
Delivery Management:
- Act as the interface between the client and internal teams in executing the project
- Coordinate with any external third parties required to execute the project.
- Act as the overall project head for the client project.
- Be responsible for a high quality delivery
- Be mindful of deadlines and ensure delivery on time, every time.
Client Relationship:
- Maintain relationship with the client before, during and after the project is over.
- Elicit further briefs & referral enquiries from the same client.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience from agency background selling agency services in Digital
- Excellent corporate contacts and a strong sphere of influence.
- Minimum graduate in any field.
