Jubilant Foodworks - Manager/Senior Manager - Plant Maintenance - NIT (3-7 yrs)

Experience 2-7 Yrs in Plant Maintenance (preferably from Food industry)
JD :
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and mechanical systems of facility to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Implement and coordinate TPM plan.
- Allocate workload and supervise the team
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Execute improvement and new projects
- Carry out maintenance budgeting and ensure the budget is adhered too
Desired rofile :
- Must have experience of handling engineering function of some FMCG / Food industry / Bakery Industry.
- Experience in handling engg. Utilities like HT/LT, DG, Compressors, Centralised HVAC, Ammonia ref System ETP, STP, WTP.
