Job Details:  Position Title: Head HR - Dunkin- Donuts (Grade GM)   Reports to: President & COO, Dunkin- Donuts (Direct), Head HR JFL (Dotted)   Department: Human Resources   Division: Dunkin Donuts  Job Purpose:  This role will be responsible for leading the HR function for the Dunkin Donuts division of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited. The purpose of this role is to develop the HR strategy linked to the Brand and Business strategy of Dunkin- Donuts in India.   - This role will be responsible to build the DD brand through a compelling people strategy and by building a culture that will deliver the brand.   - Further, the role will be responsible in delivery of HR sub-functions to the business including manpower planning, talent acquisition, new employee orientation & induction, Employee Relations, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Exit & Retention Management and overall HR day-to-day support across the organization.  - This role will work closely with the overall JFL HR team for the delivery of HR sub-functions such as HR Operations, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications, Performance Management and Professional Development Training.   These are to be delivered within a framework of metrics and measures of the business.  - The role holder will report into the COO, Dunkin Donuts and act as Single point of contact for all HR matters concerning the Business unit. This role will also work very closely with the Head HR of JFL and will have a dotted line of reporting with them.  Key Account-abilities:  - Key part of the DD India leadership team that is charged with the development and execution of the business strategy, plans and delivering the business results.   - Ensure HR support towards meeting overall business goals. e.g design and review relevant organization structures, productivity & manpower efficiencies, driving organization culture, consult on new business initiatives etc.  - Review organisational capability to ensure that an appropriately skilled and committed workforce is in place.   - Develop the talent acquisition strategy & ensure hiring of high performing talent with the right skill sets.   - Ensure execution of the hiring plan for DD Restaurants, Regional Offices. Ensure hiring for Dunkin Corporate Office (In coordination with JFL HR).  - Define, develop and implement creative interventions to drive the culture and values of the business.   - Review alignment of all HR and business processes with the defined values, and ensure sustainability of the desired culture.  - Build Regional HR teams and processes; ensure seamless execution of defined HR processes in regions.   - Provide leadership to the regional HR leads in managing their responsibilities.  - Develop annual HR plans for the division, plan and map HR budgets in line with the annual goals. Ensure execution of plans as per budgets and in accordance with HR/ business requirements.  - Develop and execute the Employee Reward and Recognition program for the division, review its appropriateness to the business and employees- needs. Should drive the critical behaviours for business performance.   - Performance Management and Talent Management processes for the division  - Review implementation and effectiveness of processes supported by the overall JFL HR Team including HR Ops and Compliance, execution of C&B processes, Training and Employee Development, Fun at Work etc. Review specific business needs that need to be addressed through the processes and modify/execute accordingly.  - Ensure DD needs and context is included in development of company employee policies and HR SOPs based, working closely with JFL HR.  - Engage with employees at all levels in the division to develop a personal connect with employees and ensure that HR processes and initiatives are aligned to the needs, aspirations and concerns of the business.  - To execute all other processes and programs that are an integral part of the HR function at JFL  Qualifications, Attitudes, Experience, & Skills:  Qualification : MBA or a PG Diploma in HR / PM & IR from reputed business schools  Experience: 10 + years- experience with Tier 1 Indian / MNC organizations. Experience in the retail / services sector will be a plus. Experience in Single brand retail will be seen as an ideal fit from the experience perspective  - A generalist with a strong strategic orientation.  - Should possess experience in a range of HR activities including talent acquisition, performance management, C&B, etc. Should be capable of independently handling formulation of HR processes, people management practices, etc.  - We are looking for a person who will have a point of view and not view themselves only as - Support Role-   - Should display initiative; be assertive and have a confident and creative bent of mind.  - Should be able to develop and articulate a clear point of view on People and HR matters and be able to influence leaders and line managers.  - Strong people orientation, able to build trust and credibility.  - Should be comfortable in new start up type environments with uncertainty about outcomes, should enjoy being part of a growing business.  - Should have a - point of view- about the world, must possess an understating of emergent popular youth culture and have a pulse on the youth culture.
