Job Purpose:  - To provide HR leadership support and HR support to the Dominos Operations organization, which includes Regional and Corporate Operations, Business Development, Training & CS, Quality, Projects & Maintenance functions and other employees stationed in regions.  Key Accountabilities:  Provide HR Generalist Support to COO (Dominos), his DRs and primarily to the Dominos Regional Managers:  - Manage Manpower Planning, review and control processes for Dominos Operations  - Champion and drive key HR projects with the help of the Regional HR teams  - Ensure that the Regional HR teams execute effectively on defined HR processes  - Strategic HR support to COO (Dominos), his DRs and RMs  Drive achievement of key HR outcomes:  - Analyze business plan and develop/forecast of human resource requirements  - Work collaboratively with the management team in the development and monitoring of business strategy, plans and special projects  - Coach, guide and counsel his/her peer group to enhance their leadership skills  - Drive employee engagement, trust and commitment  - Conduct the PeopleFirst reviews with the Regional HR teams and Operations leadership on a monthly basis  Provide HR Generalist Support to COO (Dominos), his DRs and primarily to the Dominos Regional Managers:  - Manage Manpower Planning, review and control processes for Dominos Operations  - Champion and drive key HR projects with the help of the Regional HR teams  - Ensure that the Regional HR teams execute effectively on defined HR processes  Leadership and supervision to the Regional HR Heads and their teams:  - Champion and drive key HR projects with the help of the Regional HR teams  - Ensure that the Regional HR teams execute effectively on defined HR processes 	 Act as a client for the programs, processes and initiatives of the HR Shared Services:  - Ideate / sponsor / drive HR programs, processes and initiatives   - Ensure successful implementation of various employee feedback programs including EOS, Open Houses and other employee forums  - Ensure that Employee related policies reflect employee and business priorities. Guide effort to revise / introduce new policies  - Reinforce the culture of fun at work in the organization  - Rolling out performance management process in the organization  - Implement a leadership pipeline and succession planning process in Operations  - Ensuring successful implementation employee impacting change initiatives  - Ensure that our C&B program to our employees is attractive and in line with our cost structure and market practices  - Collect market intelligence on C&B, engagement and other employee practices  - Ensure that HR is accessible to our employees through culture and systems  - Ensure that HR IT programs are employee friendly, efficient and effective in meeting their defined objectives  - Ensure that the Professional Development curriculum is business relevant and is making an impact on our employees  - Represent the organization in relevant forums  - Ensure the Health & Safety of the employees  - Review and ensure adherence to HR and Employee related budgets  Communications & Working Relationships:   Internal:  - Across the HR organization - both regional and corporate  - All departments, with special emphasis on Dominos Operations   External:  - Applicants, Former employees, HR / Employer forums, Consultants, Industry peers, etc.   Qualifications, Experience & Skills:   Qualification: Masters in HR from a reputed Institute  Experience:   - 10 to 15 years’ experience in HR and Recruiting   - Past Experience in Regional HR Capacity/ Current in Factory, Plant would be desired.
