Job Description - Executive Assistant to Founder Director

Executive Assistant to the Founder Director of JPM will act as a shadow to the Founder Director. This is a pivotal position with respect to

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end Data mining and analysis activities to map all Key performance Indicators, Ratio Analysis and process data and create dashboards to help the senior management in their strategic decision making.

- Providing strategic support for management control and review of businesses.

- Involves analysis and presentation of relevant organization data, supporting the planning process by providing requisite info & data and preparation of executive summary & periodic forecasts

- Prepare necessary financial modelling and profitability reports related to business, new launches ; evaluation and monitoring of capital investments assess the required profitability levels, cost structure in the business, ROI, Sensitivity / Gap/ SWOT/ Trend Analysis etc

- Updating projections, monitoring outcomes, and recommending suitable actions on a regular basis - Detailed Analysis of Business Plans - Scenario Planning, Demand Estimation, Product-wise Profitability, Cost Comparisons

- Regular interaction with the Functional Heads on the issues related to the business and maintain necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired -

- Coordination with clients in absence of Founder Director.

- Design, adapt and implement systems / processes to streamline functioning of the Founder Director's office and ensure timely availability of information / data.
