JPM Exports - CFO/Head - Finance & Commercial - CA - FMCG/Mfg

Head of Finance & Commercial (CFO) for an extremely successful & aggressively growing (100% CAGR, poised to grow exponentially in the next 2-3 years) Industrial Work wear Exports business, currently a key player in the segment.

- The incumbent will be accountable for role will have independent charge all end to end financial functions including accounting, taxation, import & export, forex, commercial and audit.

- A key competency would be expertise in Fund Raising & Management, which is the most critical deliverable to ensuring that the company is never short of capital to fuel its aggressive growth plans, is a key role requirement.

- The role will also be responsible for ensuring all regulatory & statutory compliances. The Head of Finance & Commercial is will be a key member of the executive management team.
