Responsibility (working contacts, employees supervised, control over expenditure & equipment) :   - Leadership of regional transfer pricing agenda for the corporate tax department.   - Coverage includes all APAC countries and business units.   - Partner with global transfer pricing team, Regional Head of Tax, Other regional Corporate Tax practice leaders. Finance colleagues to develop / implement transfer pricing methodologies.   - Address ongoing policy maintenance and audit issues.   - Advisory in relation to transactions and new business initiatives.   - Research / guidance / advisory with respect to local country transfer pricing rules and international initiatives, including BEPS related initiatives.   Over All Purpose Of Job :   Key objectives of your role will include :  - To establish and maintain a best in class regional transfer pricing practice which provides expert technical tax advisory and practical guidance.   - Ensure frequent and effective interaction with senior Corporate Tax leadership in APAC and the global transfer pricing team.   - Establish sounds, consistent global transfer pricing policies for the firm's activities.   Main Activities/Tasks :  - Development, implementation and maintenance of transfer pricing methodologies as part of global team.  - Drive the technical research, planning and development relating to regional initiatives and regional piece of global initiatives for the lines of business and corporation.   - Assist country tax owners with local audit issues.   - Research / communication relating to local country and international transfer pricing developments, such as the OECD's BEPS actions.   - Effective resource management, budgeting and structured communication with key stakeholders.  - Experienced senior tax professional with proven business acumen and the credibility / maturity to interact with management, senior business unit personnel and employees at all levels.   - Strong understanding of regional tax law / practice, with specific knowledge of local country and international transfer pricing principles (eg, BEPS).   - A master's degree in accounting and / or law and related work experience (eg, MST, JD, LLM, CPA). Strong leadership, decision making, creative thinking, communication (written and verbal).   - Applicants must have at least 10 years of relevant professional tax experience in a Big 4 firm or a multi national corporation, preferably in financial services.
