The Banking division sits within the CIB and serves large corporates, financial institutions and public sector entities around the world.   The Global Knowledge Network is an integrated specialist team that helps facilitate deals and transactions globally by working directly with our investment bankers, sales, traders and research analysts from around the globe.   Position Overview   This role will be responsible for lateral recruitment and campus program management for front-office businesses as well as the Global Knowledge Network (GKN) businesses   Core Responsibilities   Campus Program Management for Front-office and GKN Businesses   Program management includes the following:   - Develop overall intern/full-time post hire engagement plan with the Businesses   - Drive and manage all processes around intern and full time hire onboarding   - Design and Execution of off-campus and on-premises engagement events and activities   - Lead the various Internship processes   - Partner the campus joinees through the internship as well as pre-joining processes   - The HR team being lean, he/she we will be expected to participate in campus recruiting activities including - traveling to campus for recruiting days and drive certain recruiting related projects with business leads etc.   Lateral Recruitment for Front-office and a part of the GKN Businesses   - Working with respective business leaders to arrive at overall lateral recruitment strategy for the year   - Responsible for end to end recruitment within stipulated timelines and building pipeline of talent for respective business   - Identify alternative sources of hire to ensure minimum agency usage   - Lead the diversity agenda for lateral recruitment   - Lead and effectively manage recruitment systems and technology and to lead risk and controls around recruitment   - Generate timely analysis and reports to facilitate effective decision making   India Campus Recruitment - Operations Management   This role will also be a part of the APAC Campus Operations team and will lead the operations and risk and controls agenda for campus recruitment overseeing all of India to drive appropriate usage of technology and recruiting tools, drive and manage proper recruiting controls, reporting capability, lead risk management initiatives, and streamline and improve key recruiting and onboarding processes.   Desired Qualifications and Experience  - Full-time MBA/post graduate from a top-tier b-school is required   - Relevant recruitment experience of working in large, professionally managed firms, with exposure to a highly matrixed local and global reporting environment   - Strong understanding of the local hiring market for the relevant skill-sets.   - Capable of building strong client relationships & professionally manage client expectations.   - Proven experience in managing an end to end recruitment process.   - Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with both internal / external stakeholders.   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   - Proven ability to deliver results   J.P.
