CIB ops group in JPMCB is looking for a Senior Associate to lead Global Market Operations.  Job Description :   - The candidate would be responsible to handle various Treasury products including Fixed Income, Derivatives, Loans, Forex and Money Markets  - Will be functionally responsible to manage few units within the GMO  - Responsible for managing audits including Regulatory & Internal audits  - Interacting with clients on an ongoing basis including client visits and conducting product and process trainings internally   - Handling system migrations and rollouts post thorough functionality check   - Interact with Senior management and key stakeholders including interaction with Front Office, Finance, Corporate Bankers, Compliance, Legal and Service Providers on day to day basis  Job Requirements :   Education/Professional Qualifications & Skill sets :  - Post graduate (MBA-Finance)/Qualified CA with work experience of 10 -12 years in any of the above listed products  - Strong Regulatory and Product knowledge with minimum specialization in Fixed Income and Derivative regulations  - Self sufficient and requires minimal monitoring to handle day to day support functions  - Ability to think beyond normal call of duty along with handling high pressure daily activities  - Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one's own work to achieve them  - Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written  - Interpersonal skills and Partnership skills
