Joybynature.com is looking for a VP- Products to help lead and grow our core eCommerce offering and also build content and commerce - all geared towards shaping Joybynature.com into a global hub of wellbeing.

This is a rare opportunity for someone passionate about creating world-class products to encapsulate Joybynature vision into each and every aspect of its products and showcase the same to people across the globe.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, online marketing, and sales teams to build our products and accelerate the global reach of our products.

Responsibilities:

- Translate Joybynature vision into Joybynature's look and feel, features, tools - ensuring that the same is reflected in every aspect of Joybynature website and mobile app.

- Work with engineering/design/product and our business teams to create a roadmap for Joybynature brand offerings

- With the engineering and design teams, manage overall timelines and frequent product iterations

- Clearly articulate product strategy with a wide range of people, internal and external

- Leverage research, feedback, and interviews to understand the needs of of our users and carve out new product features and directions

- Institutionalize use of data-driven analysis and experiments to optimize user flows, ad formats, placements, and frequency across all web and mobile properties

- Conceive new and engaging native advertising formats to deliver value and a great experience to users

- Stay up to date on developments in ecommerce, content, advertising for the visual web and mobile

- Drive the production of new assets (rich content, creatives) as we go to market with new and existing products.

- Be the owner of go to market strategy and enable successful product launches by working across teams including Product, Online Marketing, PR, and Sales

Job Requirements:

- Software Engineering background required (CS degree and/or deep coding experience)

- A minimum of 4+ years of experience with product management, with at least 2 years in a consumer internet company. Mobile product management experience is a plus.

- Strongly data-driven and technical: have the ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources (including SQL) to inform product decisions

- Have the ability to manage projects across varying technology stacks and can understand deep technical issues that arise

- Must care deeply about user experience and have strong consumer product instincts

- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage many projects in parallel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- An amazing ability to drive projects to completion
