Position title:Regional Sales Manager- IB (GSG)   Reports to:Franchise Manager - IB   Territory Covered:Sri Lanka and Maldives   Business Unit:Global Surgery (GSG), J&J Medical   External key customers: Doctors, Surgeons, KOLs, Distributors, Regulators  Internal key customers: Sales & Marketing Team, Prof Ed, SLD, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Compliance, Franchise Leadership & Function heads   Role Description:  - Deliver sales objectives in alignment with the franchise/business strategy   - Directly lead sales team (On service provider/distributors payroll) and work closely with enabling functions  - Understand customer needs and market potential, and set direction, strategies and plans to expand market and realize market potential.   - Work with all levels of customer management, developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction  - Develop annual product sales forecast in consultation with marketing and supply chain function.  - Change Leadership - demonstrated ability to lead change, look at innovative business models to deliver value to customers  - Manage TPI/compliance process and expand the network as needed to meet customer needs  Business Environment and Context   - The Global Surgery (GSG) business is on a strong growth platform in the IB countries   - Huge potential to leverage existing opportunities & customer relationships in each country  - Opportunity for market development and competitive conversion for all business segments  - Potential to shape environment to help raise standard of care  Preferable Requirements  - Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Sales from Healthcare / MD Devices  - Post-graduation Degree in Business Management from premier institutes preferred.   - Candidates with experience in Staplers, Energy Devices, Capital equipment including Sterilization products will be preferred.  - People with minimum 2+ years of first or second line supervisory experience required.
