Listerine and Benadryl .  Job Title (India Specific): Regional Finance Executive.  Function: Consumer  Location: Kolkata  Purpose of the position:   To effectively support and do business partnering with the sales and supply chain teams in the eastern region and to work with them in an integrated and close manner while ensuring that all internal controls and compliance are in place   General Responsibilities:  - Make analysis on the region's performance concerning all aspects in the Order to Cash Chain and present to the management, measures to improve the current status and plan for the future.  - Provide data and analysis to help management take decisions on location of CFA's, territory coverage, identification and implementation of cost reduction measures etc.   - Coordinate with several cross functional teams for a smooth flow in the Order to Cash process  - Planning, budgeting and variance analysis of selling/ transportation and stock & shipping expenses.  - Sales Accounting and all control account reconciliation's.  - Receivable/Payable/ Inventory Management.  - Coordination with Accenture for smooth transaction processing activities.  - Transportation costs & service level management.  - Sales tax management for the region for all sectors.  - Handling all financial transactions on ERP.  - Distributor claims management.  - Cash Management.  - Selling & Brand expense budgeting and control.  - Control & accountability of 5 CFA's in coordination with CLS team.   - Customer database management of approximately 300 Direct Customers.- Due diligence and HCC compliance  - Question status quo and all seeks areas of improvement in work and process  - Analysis on stock returns and minimizing the same.  - Handling all audits - SOX, statutory and internal  - Benchmarking with Industry  - Closely work with CD team - frequent market visits, support growth Middle India area, enhance retailer engagement etc.  - MIS  Qualifications:  Educational Qualification: CA  Skills (Certification/s):  - Should have excellent communication and analytical skills.  - Should be able to adapt to changes and work proactively.  - Should be able to effectively coordinate among cross-functional teams  Work Experience in years: 2 - 3 years  Target organizations - FMCG/Pharma  Reporting Relationships:  - Reports to (Role): General Finance Manager   - Direct Reports (Role & Number): 5 contractual employees.
