Job Title : Manager- Finance   Function : Business Finance  Responsibilities :  Specialist : Finance and Accounting   Lead : Franchise Finance/Alternate Channel Finance - Business-partner for Franchise team/Alternate Channel team in formulating and implementation of strategic and business plans and to measure, monitor and deliver financial goals   Support : Business Controller in devising and delivering on company-wide plans and performance   Location : India  Supervisor's Name/Title : General Finance Manager (Business Controller)  Division/Department : Finance - Consumer India   Position purpose :  Lead - Franchise Finance/Alternate Channel Finance :  - Business partner for Franchise/Alternate Channel teams in drawing up their strategy, plans and support in delivery of their financial goals  - Responsible for end-to-end P&L for the franchises/Alternate channels not restricted only to Commercial functions  - Liaise with Asia Pac regional finance team in the reporting of monthly financial performance and forecasting cycles  - Partner Franchises/Alternate channels in new initiatives e.g. entry into new channels   - Responsible for marketing and CD spends of about $50 MM per annum  - Support on NPD and NPI initiatives   - Develop robust systems and processes to assist the franchises/Alternate Channels in exercising appropriate levels of controls and compliance  - Drive efficiencies to optimize spends in the franchises/Alternate Channels  - Implement metrics for operational performance   - Regular awareness and update on financial performance of franchises/Alternate Channels to the business stakeholders   - Lead new initiatives for the franchises/Alternate Channels   Support - Business Controller :  - NPD and NPI initiatives   - Develop robust systems and processes to assist the marketing and CD functions in exercising appropriate levels of controls and compliance  - Efficiencies across the marketing and CD functions to optimize spends   - External bench-marking for best practices  - Streamline, strengthen and improve processes relating to reporting of financial performance - internal and external  - Ensure compliance to all internal and external reporting requirements - WW guidelines and statutory reporting  - Devise MIS to help business monitor financial health  - Constant evaluation and assessment of company MIS to meet enhance effectiveness and to keep pace with changing external and internal requirements  - Support Business Controller in projects and initiatives that does not fall under any other finance function  Education/Experience :  Education and/or additional training :  - Chartered Accountant or MBA Preferred  Experience :  - A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in positions of increasing responsibility supporting large, multi-site, global organizations.   - Strong analytical skills, communications and presentation skills are required.   - Experience in at least one other Finance and Accounting function is essential. Attention to details and drawing conclusions from large data are critical capabilities. Should be able to work largely independently in an unstructured environment.
