Listerine and Benadryl .  Job Title (India Specific) : Channel Development Manager  Function : Consumer  Location : Chennai  Purpose of the position :   - Position will be Head Quartered at Chennai. Incumbent to take charge of South Region CD.  - Will be responsible for driving Emerging Markets initiatives in the region - supporting expansion agenda and testing new distribution models.   - He will support the region in improving the retailing phasing, IME & ISE analytics and other regional priorities.   - He will own the VMR process and will lead sales operations process improvements across the region.  Core Responsibilities :   - Responsible for driving Emerging Markets initiatives in the region. Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team.   - Support the region in improving the retailing phasing, IME & ISE analytics and other regional priorities. Basis analysis, works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.  - Assists FLM's with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance. Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.  - Will own the VMR process and will lead sales operations process improvements across the region.  - Collaborate with Regional CEG and RSM's to develop and implement key regional initiatives  Qualification : MBA from Top Tier Institute  Experience : Min 2 Years .  Requirements :  - Good Team management experience.  - Relevant Sales Experience, Sales Acumen. Sales Analytics exposure.  - Working with a good FMCG organization   - Worked in the Same Geography preferred, not mandatory.  - Strong Customer Relationship Management Capability.  - People Management Skills, Team Development, Sales Delivery  Reporting Relationships :  Reports to (Role): Regional Sales Manager  Individual contributor role.
