Listerine and Benadryl .  Job Title (India Specific): Assistant Manager, Supply Planner   Function: Consumer, Operations  Location: Kothur, Hyderabad  Purpose of the position: Plans and monitors the Long and medium term Capacity Planning with short term operational capacity utilization to meet the domestic & exports sales requirements. MPS planning for Finished Good and Inventory Management for Finished Goods across the chain   General Responsibilities:  Project Specific:  - Work with the sourcing team to identify & qualify the packing material suppliers in the proximity of the site.  - Work with the IT team to implement SAP for the new plant. Master data collection & validation.  - Plan for RPM for the trail & validation batches.  Post Project:  - Support S&OP process.  - Long Term Planning using Strat plan & available capacity and identify supply interventions based on business plans & Stretch plans for next year by jointly working with Sourcing, Finance & other concerned functions.  - Rolling RCCP using APO for next 12 months to maximize the available capacity with minimum demand shortfall   - Weekly constrained MPS Planning based on unconstrained requirements from APO  - Alignment of constrained FG plans with Location Manager in case of External Mfg  - Achieve Flexibility in meeting changing Customer requirements while ensuring stability of Plans  - Monitoring & Review of FG Inventory  - Support DRP process by providing ATP based on production plans and safety stock requirement.  - Reduce Inventory & continuous Improvement of planning process & cycle.  - Timely delivery of NPD's   - Lead the CFT's for repeat consumer offers and ensure on time availability  - Any other responsibility or Projects/Initiative which get assigned from time to time   Performance Measures/Criteria by OGSM Pillars:  1. Qtrly Capacity Review in line with Supply readiness plan for year  d. Supporting CIP projects if applicable  e. Operational / Strategic Cross functional Initiatives (project based)   5. Leadership Skills  a. Will work as a Planning lead for site and should be able to independently manage operations. Act as a single point of contact for any issue related to Planning.  Qualification:  1. Technical Qualification : Commerce/ Science / Engineering Graduate with management post-graduation  2. Experience At least 4-5 years- experience in Supply Planning with strong understanding of Planning systems- SAP APO, SAP ECC, SAP BW etc  3.
