- Ensure Recruitment Lead time for levels; AGM & below as per defined SLA's
- Senior level position should be recruited and corporate office recruitment responsibility.
- Create bench strength to manage faster replacement, new hiring & prevent opportunity on cost loss.
- Ensure Optimization cost of Recruitment over actual spends of the previous year or of budgeted cost, whichever is lower.
- Encourage cost saving channels
- Prepare manpower plan for the Circle in line with circle business plan
- Ensure necessary MIS/ dashboards/ trackers are prepared and shared with key stakeholders as per set timelines
- Ensure productivity measures are tracked, benchmarked and shared with key stakeholders as per set timelines necessary actions like job enrichment and realignment
- Ensure all pre, post joining related formalities as per process guidelines
- Review MIS/ dashboards/ trackers and share it with key stakeholders to share health of process compliances
- Ensure high employee engagement and connectedness during the initial period, thereby leading to low attrition of new joinees.
- Periodic audit & review of reports
- Ensure compliance of processes in all recruitment modules
- Maintain relationship with educational institutes/Campus for brand building
- Create structured summer internship, Campus recruitment programs at circle level
- Plan placement process to create pipeline of capability and talent.
