Job Responsibilities:
1. Own and Evaluate Customer facing platform
2. Work with clients to classify and resolve issues
3. Co-ordinate with Internal Product Managers to ensure TAT based resolution
4. Proactively Monitor Key platform KPIs (Intra and Inter Day) to isolate performance variances / issues
5. SLA management for Customers
6. Create Root Cause Analysis and ensure appropriate Fix is deployed within agreed timelines.
7. Build processes for Issue Tracking and resolution
