Job Code 001 {Designation – Program Manager Enterprise system (AGM)}

Role

- Manage project and program deliveries of enterprise systems from IT and its partners.

- Manage timely delivery of projects

- Manage resourcing, execution management, roll out and sustenance handover to IT services.

- Build and manage project team for enterprise systems:

8 portfolios, 50+ projects

Analytics – 2 HR – 8 SAP projects – 12, Spare parts – 3, Warranty – 6 System sustenance – 10

4 Strategic intervention projects

- Research into IT products & Services, Industry trends & developments to ensure that technology & techniques deployed are mature, stable & sustainable for effective use

- Liaise with EA Enterprise system to ensure that the systems deployed are mature, stable and sustainable for effective use

- Project cost management and control

Preferred Industry/ Organizations: Automobile, Engineering (Large Organisation),Telecommunications

Experience: 10+ years

Education

- B.E

- MBA

- PMP Certified (Preferable)

Knowledge requirements:

- Program management

- Knowledge of business processes of TML

- Project management

- Interpersonal skills

Skills required:

- Program execution skills

- .Work across multiple internal and external organizations

- People leadership skills
