Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned strategic communications professional for the position of Executive Communications Manager for one of the top Indian IT services providers. The Executive Communication Manager will develop all internal and external content for the executive including presentations, speeches, messaging, blogs, videos, articles and other content, as part of the executive communications program
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop communications strategy to advance company’s thought leadership and market position
- Develop executive platform and all associated deliverables including content creation and research, briefing documents, presentations
- Plan, research, create and distribute communications representing the voice of the executive and business
- Create original content, extract salient information from multiple sources and synthesize information to make relevant for target audiences.
- Work with key teams across multiple functions
Skills required:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong storytelling capability, including background research, storyline development, speaking points and use of media (presentation, video, etc)
- Strategic thinking and analysis to formulate communication strategies for thought leadership evangelism
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to understand macro- and geo-economics
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to meet milestones, tight deadlines, and communicate status on concurrent projects
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Mass communication
- Knowledge of communication methods and strategies and the ability to work with all levels of execs, managers and employees across a broad geographic region.
- Ideally should have worked in leading publications, or in similar role in leading companies
