Looking for a CFO with a diversified business group in Hyderabad.

My client is a upcoming business group with interest in diversified sector headquartered in Hyderabad. They are looking for a person to head the group as CFO.

- Should be responsible for the complete finance functions, including driving business growth and profitability, developing corporate strategies and Financial Planning etc.

- The group is planning for an IPO. So IPO experience is mandatory.

- Liaise with banks/FIs/VCs etc.,

- To spearhead the strategic initiatives, private equity negotiations and project fund raising initiatives

- To play a significant lead role in acquisition, by identification of target companies, due diligences, valuations, and negotiations with the stakeholders.

- Ensure the compliance with all regulatory issues in respect of Tax, regulatory, secretarial and legal matters.

- Reporting to the Management & the Board of Directors, by providing constructive advice & strategic inputs on the financial and business related strategies etc.

- Lead the Company’s fund raising efforts from Corporate bodies / Individual investors, by coordinating with the Commercial & Legal due diligences

- Should have handled IPO independently

- Should have good experience in fundraising ,liasoning with banks & other financial institutions.

- Should have good experience in handling PE & other investors

- Should have experience in setting the complete finance functions.

- Should have smart and should have a good communication & leadership skills.

Experience : 15 + Years

Compensation : RS. 40 to 50 Lakhs
