Program Management – Project Management, Business Process Re engineering/ Process Transformation.

Responsibilities.

- Manage a client initiative as program manager.

- Bring functional expertise in Finance & Accounting, shared services consulting, Process transformation, project management and related areas.

- Implement policy or other change management initiatives, handle all aspects related to change- communication / stakeholder analysis/ other.

- Manage all aspects of setting up shared service centers from a project management standpoint.

- Design and drive continuous improvement roadmap in different business initiatives.

- Drive efficiency / effectiveness improvements for different business units.

Desired candidate:

- Total Exp should range is 8 – 12 yrs.

- Salary Open 20 – 25 Lacs (Open to Discuss).

- PMP Certified, Project Management.- Large Projects.

- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level

- Pharma, CPG, Retail, Hi Tech Industry preferred.

- Business Transformation, Process Benchmarking, Process Re engineering.

- Lean six sigma

- Business Development or pre sales.

- Open to Travel ( International).
