Position: Director Debt Syndication

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15+ Years

The position would be Leading the Debt Capital Markets and Loan Syndication desk for in India where in he would be Responsible for Origination, Structuring and distribution of Debt Syndications, Loan sell down, Securitization and Risk Participation transactions

- Responsible for Origination, Structuring and distribution of Debt Syndications, Loan sell down, Securitization and Risk Participation transactions

- Evaluate requirement for fund raising, negotiate with lenders, assist corporate in structuring the most appropriate means of financing and assist them in documentation process for transaction closure.

- Providing Investment Banking services like Debt Syndication, Equity Syndication, Business and Project Advisory, Business Valuation and M&A Advisory services to Corporate clients of the Company

- Leading the Debt Capital Markets and Loan Syndication desk in India.

Required Skills: - Experience should be in Debt syndication pertaining to Infrastructure projects only like roads, power, ports, airports etc.
