KRA:

To head the Leather Accessories business division of the company as Profit Centre Head

1. Take the business to the next phase of growth by exploring and developing new markets and customers

2 Augment the current capacities in the organization viz manufacturing , sourcing etc to meet the new business

3 Study and understand the new trends in the fashion industry globally and incorporate the relevant in our portfolio

4 Develop on going relationship with the customers,vendors and other partners

5 As Business Head drive efficiencies from the operations

6 Lead a diverse team of Fashion industry professionals.

DESIRED profile:

- Should have thorough exposure of working in Fashion Industry preferably in various geographies like China,Indian sub continent, Europe.
