Reporting to: HR Director

Location: Bangalore, Delhi

Role responsibilities:

- Talent acquisition.

- Talent management.

- Compensation and benefits.

- A strategic partner in formulating and implementing HR strategies, objectives and processes in keeping with the business strategy.

Prerequisites to apply for this role:

- Must have 7 to 9 years of HR experience, at least 5 years as a Generalist/ Business partnering.

- Must have Pharmaceutical background, understands the sector well.

- Masters in HR/ MBA HR

- Knowledge of IT practices relevant to the industry.
