Profile:

Handling a wide gamut of operations comprises of 9 Countries - Austria,Kuwait,Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Sudan, UAE , Oman ,South Korea) & Indian Operations pertaining to;

- Managing efficient operations in the region and adherence to all the Service levels.

- Achieve financial targets (EBITA) .

- Enhance business profitability

- Training & Development

- Enhance revenue generation through selling value added services across the region.

- Develop and control all expense budgets for all business units in the region.

- Lead and develop team members

- Employee satisfaction.

- Managing compliance to statutes in all Countries of operation

- Setting up new business units in the region of operation.

- Developing and maintaining exceptional business relations with the various diplomatic missions within the region.

We will prefer the candidates in Operations from Hotel, Logistic,Visa Outsourcing, Insurance,BPO & Airline Industry .
