AGM/DGM HR ( 12+ years)

Qualification : MBA with specialization in HR

Our client is a leading IT outsourced business services provider with extensive reach across India. They offer a wide bouquet of services across the value chain, focusing on Retail Banks, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, PSU and Government segments.

We need a matured HR Professional to head the HR of IT Business Division of the company. The position reports into President IT.

The person will be responsible for recruitment, HR Operations, performance management, training and administering the Human Resources Policies & Procedures. Will also facilitate creation & maintenance of healthy & empowered work environment.
