Large Strategic Outsourcing Leader – India
Location: Any: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Engagement Leader of new and large scale SO Application Management Services opportunity closure for Indian market.
- Thought leadership in deal construct and closure ( stitching deals across technologies)
- Owns opportunity qualification, especially with respect to risk assessment
- Creates and leads multi disciplinary solution teams to develop complex solutions for specific customer opportunities
- Maintains and coordinates an effective partnership with customers through senior executive contacts and with those who influence the decision-makes
- Navigates clients internal procedures without exposing the customer or to any delivery/quality exposures
- Maintains alignment with customers business strategy, drivers, and goals
- Leads the development and refinement of the financial analysis that demonstrates the compelling financial rational for customers and the profitability goals of IGS over the lifetime of the deal
- Leads team to a solution that will enhance the customers competitive advantage
- Leads the development of deliverables, such as proposals and customer presentations
- Develops the strategy for winning the deal
- Ensures that solutions have been quality assured for a successful implementation and in compliance with company’ s strategy
- Plays the key role in negotiations with the customer
- Ensures that the deal is closed
- Provides leadership in the transition to delivery
Requirements:
With 18+ years service sales / delivery experience, with in-depth understanding of strategic outsourcing business
- Deal maker who has track record in closing large SO AMS deals
- Able to lead multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Able to work independently, good team player, creative in solving customer problems
- Exceptional determination to be successful and have a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills (internally and externally)
- Able to work under pressure and good communication/ influence skills
- Willing to travel
- Ability to negotiate complex deals.
- Business Acumen
- Well networked in the company - proven ability to leverage senior executives across the world from both industry and service lines
- High energy and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to drive company’s local organization through influence (ie without direct control)
- Existing CEO / CFO / Board level relationships or proven ability to interact at these levels
- Solid knowledge of the target market(s) or proven ability to adapt quickly
- B.tech & MBA Must:
- Salary Level: 45lacs to 55 lacs
