Location: Patna - Bihar

Job Description:

- Experience in contract design and documentation; procurement of consultants and Related negotiations.

- Minimum of 7 years experience

- Identify the implications of contract terms, especially potential problem areas such as payment mechanisms, termination clauses and step-in rights, structure and draft the tender documents, PPP contract agreement, structure payment mechanisms that offer the optimum balance of responsibilities, risks and rewards for the public agency and private parties
