Job Profile :-

Heading the CSD team for the Circle MPCG. Looking after the entire project of this new circle for company with respect to Customer Service & Life cycle management. Managing the Verticals like Call Centre, Service Assurance, Retail, On-boarding, Collection , Retention etc.
