Job Description

Taking ownership of End to End recruitment for the company.

 - Source, screen and interview the potential candidates through effective usage of all possible sources like references, head hunting, advertisements, job portals, data base etc.

 - End to End coordination with Candidates & Interview panel.

 - Drive innovation on the team through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates like Head-Hunting, Industry Mapping etc.

 - Maintaining database and designing Job description according to the requirement.
