Job Title - Business Process Consultant for a global BFSI company (end user)
Location – Mumbai
Role - This position has a primary focus on project initiation phases of new initiatives. To lead the understanding, gathering, researching, solution proving and documenting stakeholder needs in an internal consultant role. Lead the coordination of business and IT project initiation activities including soliciting requirement clarification driven from multiple business units and IT organizations.
Assist in the intake and coordination of new project requests with a focus on timely engagement and responses to business requests. Develop innovative solutions for complex business problems.
Development of detailed business requirements and functional requirements. Responsible for the translation of the Business Requirements into succinct clear Requirements with defined ranges to be used by Development.
Qualification - 3-6 years of business analysis and software development experience required (combined)
Skills required - IT/Management consulting, Technical Presales experience
Strong technical, non-technical, spoken, and written communication skills.
Multiple priorities and managing customer expectations working with multiple customer groups creating partnership with customers in multiple project environment.
